We hope you had a good festive season and you are all safe. It’s now time to officially welcome the year 2018 and kick it off. It’s a Happy New Year!
Some of us are still on holiday, and some are back at work. Either way, 2018 is here and we promise to keep feeding you more and more about Africa and its people. We have a lot to look forward to this year. We will be hosting a couple of important events and also do a group trip to Ghana.
Last year,most people contacted us about Ghana’s Chale Wote Street Art Festival that we blogged about HERE and they asked to join in on the trip this year. It’s a yes, we will be heading to Ghana in August for the festival so if you’re interested in joining us (at your expense) please get in touch with Thato on [email protected] by 28th February. Please use ‘GHANA TRIP’ on the subject line. We will start planning the trip and making all arrangements from the 1st March just to give us enough time to get all things in place.
It’s going to be a fun filled year. Thank you so much for your support the past year. Let’s make 2018 great for all of us. Be responsible in all that you do, be safe, look after your health, smile a lot, delete the negative, do what makes you happy, be kind and don’t forget to spread love.
Happy New Year fellow Africans.
@OssifyMedia
Happy new year to you and yours Ossify team, wishing you blessings in abundance you guys!
@Kiki you mention you will be hosting a couple of important events, I have a certificate in Flower Arranging and Function Décor. Please let me know should you need extra hands, I would love to help out where I can.
I have already registered 5 races (running) for the year, I’m all about fitness this year. First race this coming Sunday (Varsity Kudus 15km), so looking forward to it. The rest are between 5-10km, wanted to push myself to run 21kms this year but the minute I try to register, they are sold out. Oh I love cooking even bought a cook book to try out new recipes and eating healthy is such a challenge but I will try. I want to register for a short course in culinary, oh food makes me happy. First day at work today and I’m praying to be productive, spend less time on my phone and get to work on time. I want to produce results so I can negotiate to get a better salary before April.
Oh @Kiki please will you furnish us with the travel dates for that Ghana trip. Happy New Year bloggers, I love you all!
Hey @RS, Happy New Year to you. I will confirm dates with you. Need to touch base with my Ghana peeps about how much time we will need. I will then update you. 🙂

ReturnSoldier, I wish I was you. Teach me how to focus on this working out thing. It’s hard. Nenzanjani guys?
Oh thank you Kiki, will do. I first need to load pics on my page though.
@Jojo. Just start with running a few kilometer races and take it from there, its not easy though. Are you based in jHB?
I don’t go to gym, I chase pavements only. Start with walking in comfortable shoes and gear, be part of a running club in your area and run with them when you get a chance.
I am in East London till April @ReturnSoldier. Then I think my next job is Cape Town. I’m a Researcher so I’m always on the go. It’s really hard to commit to such activities. Sad
Happy New Year fellow bloggers. *waving *
*blows Fruitcake a kiss* Happy New Year to you too may darling.
