We are laughing and side eyeing the #SAFTAs because they probably invited Skolopad hoping she was going to rock up naked like she always does and then #SAFTAs12 will be spoken about till kingdom come – well, Skolopad clearly disappointed them because for a change she was fully dressed. Lol

We didn’t watch the awards so we really don’t know what happened. All we saw were social media posts about #SAFTAs12 being captured and why/how certain people scored invites whilst other important people in the Film industry didn’t. What’s new? From turning down the invite last year (because we were basically being treated like trash) we vowed not to bother attending the SAFTAs ever again. We all know the mess that is there, surely we must be used to it by now. CHANGES ARE NEEDED FAST!!

SAFTAS are like SAMAS. They no longer have that thing. They must just cancel them and start afresh.
I hope the Mzansi Magic Viewers Choice Awards will happen this year. What happened to Stars of Mzansi and those Royalty Soapie Awards kante?
