Limpopo Tourism Launches Spring Campaign to Celebrate Culture, Heritage, and Growth

Limpopo is once again positioning itself as one of South Africa’s richest cultural hubs, where heritage is preserved, diversity is embraced, and visitors can experience more to enjoy this spring.

“It’s Your Limpopo – Enjoy It!”

On 28 August 2025, the Limpopo Provincial Government and Limpopo Tourism Agency officially launched the Spring Campaign at TT Lifestyle Pub & Restaurant in Jane Furse, Sekhukhune.

The event was held under the theme: “Tourism and Sustainable Transformation”, highlighting the stories, insights, and leadership within the tourism sector while celebrating the province’s vibrant culture and unique offerings.

The campaign aims to develop, promote, and regulate tourism in Limpopo, with a focus on creating a competitive economy, fostering a sustainable environment, and driving inclusive tourism growth. By promoting domestic tourism, the initiative also seeks to contribute to job creation, economic growth, and the celebration of Limpopo’s rich diversity.

The CEO of the Limpopo Tourism Agency delivered the media address, emphasizing the importance of sustainable transformation in building a resilient tourism sector. Local leaders, including Councillor Rankwe T.P. and representatives from the Sekhukhune Tourism Association, also attended, reaffirming their commitment to advancing tourism in the Limpopo region.

As part of the campaign, a dedicated Spring Campaign package and activities will be made available on the Limpopo Tourism website, offering visitors curated experiences that showcase the province’s cultural, natural, and adventure-driven attractions.

From heritage sites and scenic landscapes to authentic cultural experiences, Limpopo invites both locals and international visitors to rediscover its beauty this spring.
