Botswana: UB40 Is On the Way for Gaborone Annual Spring Festival #GASF

Gaborone Annual Spring Festival #GASF is definitely going to be on fire. The festival will feature Reggae and Pop band, UB40 (Ali, Astro & Mickey) as headliners this year. That on its own makes one wanna go camp in Botswana.

You cannot talk about top reggae artists without mentioning the English Band, UB40. I have been blessed enough to see them live on stage twice so far. The first time was in 2006 in Jamaica, and the 2nd time was in 2007 in South Africa. I am planning to make my way to Botswana for the 3rd experience. There is no way I am going to miss it.

The full line up for the Festival includes Charma Gal, Wizards of the Desert, Sereetsi and the Natives, Lucky Dube Band now known as One People Band, and of course DJ Fresh. It will be L.I.T for sure. All this action will take place at the National Stadium in Gaborone on Saturday the 18th November 2017.

Tickets are already on sale at the above mentioned outlets. UB40 also twitted that tickets can also be purchased via their website www.ub40.org. Early Bird only available till September 25th.

Please Note: All tickets are sold in advance. No tickets will be sold at the venue.

Let me get ready for that November trip to Gaborone for my #GASF 2017 UB40 experience. Africa my Africa!!
