She has done it AGAIN! South African star, Terry Pheto scooped 2 awards at the #IARA2017 (International Achievement Recognition Awards) in London. The 4th edition of the annual awards took place this past Saturday, on the 2nd of September.
Terry was nominated in 3 categories;
- Best International Actress 2017 (A United Kingdom)
- Best Actress 2017 (A United Kingdom)
- Best Actress – TV or Drama 2017 (Nelson Mandela)

Terry won Best Actress 2017 for her role as Naledi Khama in A United Kingdom.
She also won Best Actress (TV or Drama) for playing Winnie Mandela in the TV series Nelson Mandela.
Other African stars that won include Nigerian actor, OC Ukeje who bagged the Best International Actor 2017.
The award for Best International Actress went to Nse Ikpe -Etim from Nigeria.
Nigerian stars really made their presence felt at the #IARA2017. Adekunle Gold took home the award for Best African Music Artist.
