He is the fastest man in the world without a doubt. There is no one like him. He won too many medals, broke a lot of records and left us with memories. Retired Jamaican sprinter, Usain Bolt will be in South Africa in a couple of days.
Usain will be in Cape Town on the 27th January to host The Sun Met – Africa’s Richest Race Day. The Sun Met is an annual horse race day which includes fashion, activities, food, drinks and fun.
Bolt will also head to Johannesburg on the 29th January to meet teen athletes at Ruimsig Stadium in Roodepoort as part of the “Puma School of Speed’s series of track meets, aimed at identifying the next generation of South African speedsters among the 14-19 year old community.” He will share his wisdom with the young athletes to motivate and inspire them.
Usain is the Brand Ambassador for Puma and now also the International Amateur Athletic Federation (IAAF) ambassador.
He retired from international athletics last year August after the World Championships in London. He is 31 years old, he has accomplished a lot, he is living his life without restrictions, he is a legend, he is USAIN ST LEO BOLT.
@KikiMarli
Last year at the FNB Joburg10k race we were challenged to sprint 100m to “beat Bolt” and break his record, oh I had so much fun. The downhill made it so easy for me to sprint LOL. Bloggers, entries for FNB Cape Town12 , Joburg10k and Durban10k are open as of today ha re matheng tu! I had planned to do all 3 with the Cape Town leg in May but the water crisis wont let me be great, this is scary.
RS, you are so hooked and dedicated to your running.
As for Usain, those last 2 pictures are inviting. He looks like the type that’s a stallion in bed. Ubamba angayeki. Apparently all sprinters are like that. He will hlokoloza you uze uphelumoya.
